What did you think about the amount of detail and course length?

"The amount of content felt just right. It’s thorough, but every piece feels necessary to understand the full picture. If it were any shorter, it wouldn’t have the same value. I think the amount is just enough! The handouts are great! I loved them along with all the recipes. You give us ways to incorporate what will be good for us."

What were the top three things you learned?

"That’s tough because I learned so much! But a few things stand out:

The importance of choosing organic foods and materials really hit home.

I was shocked by what I learned about wheat products—it’s something I’ll always remember.

The section on healthy fats was incredibly eye-opening and has already changed how I approach my diet."
